How long have you been in business?
I have been in business over 15 years.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary product is a service: that of performing notaries and related work including, but not limited to, helping clients complete Forms, serve legal papers, and record documents for clients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested in my business of being a notary when I worked for a company who performed notaries about 20 years ago. My background is vast, including being a Realtor, a Loan Officer, and a Clergy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I differentiate myself from other notary type businesses by: 1) offering a strong background in loan documents, and real estate, 2) being available 99% of the time, 3) being mobile to places prehaps other notaries may not go, 4) doing the work with great attention to detail,
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have only one location, and until the economy completely turns around, I have no plans to expand.

Directions: My office is in my home/church, at 1717 Ferrell St, Las Vegas, NV 89106. My major cross streets are Rancho Rd and Vegas Drv. From the 95 North, take the Rancho exit, and head North on Rancho. Take a Right or go East on Vegas Drive. The first left, or North on Ferrell (it only goes North at that point). The office is located on the west side of Ferrell Street. Please Call ahead 702-278-2104 for appointment.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, visa and master card.

Hatcher Notary Public services the counties of: Clark, Nye, Esmeraldo and more.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned by Theresa Hatcher, a licensed notary in the State of Nevada.
What are your hours of operation?
Normally from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, but we are on call 24 hours per day. Clients should call for an appointment as we are mobile.
